Denise A. Codgen
Denise is a consultant specializing in change management, leadership development, team processes, customer partnering initiatives, acquisition integration, process improvement, organizational dynamics, and competency modeling.
She has over 20 years of operational, consulting, and staff Human Resources experience with consumer, service, defense and industrial businesses including several leadership positions with Bristol-Myers-Squibb and GE. She founded Codgen and Associates in 1996.
Denise has a BA in Biology from Oakland University and MLIR and MA (curriculum and instruction) degrees from Michigan State University; is Myers-Briggs Type Indicator qualified, DISC certified, CCP from the American Compensation Association, is a charter member of the Society of Human Resource Management Consultant Forum, and has been an adjunct faculty member at Nova Southeastern University teaching Organization Behavior and GE's Leadership Development Institute, "Crotonville."
